Job summary

CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen LLP) is seeking a Senior Marketing Technology Administrator to join the IT team. The role focuses on CRM and marketing tech, overseeing system enhancements, integration, and user adoption across Dynamics 365 Sales, Dataverse, and Power Platform.

You will collaborate with business and tech teams to ensure secure, scalable solutions. The position requires strong problem-solving, integrity, and urgency, with opportunities for growth and a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• 4 years of relevant experience required.
• Experience with Dynamics CRM or Marketing systems is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or a combination of relevant experience and training may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and related marketing technologies.
• Manage incidents and requests through resolution, with SLAs.
• Configure and support Dataverse and model-driven apps including dashboards and flows.
• Maintain security and data privacy configurations.
• Support release management across environments.
• Develop test scenarios and participate in validation activities.
• Monitor platform health and investigate issues with remediation plans.
• Provide advanced user support and training to promote system adoption.
• Evaluate platform capabilities and advise on AI features usage.
