Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking a Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing Planning - Digital & Delivery to lead planning and coordination of marketing initiatives across digital ordering, loyalty, mobile apps, and delivery experiences.

You will own the annual/quarterly plans, manage the integrated calendar, and align stakeholders across Digital, Delivery, CRM, and operations to drive engagement, loyalty, and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 7+ years in integrated marketing, marketing planning, digital marketing, or customer engagement.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing without authority.
• Experience across paid, owned, and earned channels and digital ordering/delivery contexts.
• MBA or Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic marketing planning for Digital & Delivery growth.
• Own integrated marketing calendar including promotions and launches.
• Collaborate with Digital Product, Loyalty/CRM, Operations, and Marketing teams.
• Define activation strategies, target audiences, and measurement plans.
• Partner with analytics to define KPIs and evaluate performance.
