Job summary

7-Eleven in Irving, TX seeks a Senior Manager of Integrated Marketing Planning - Digital & Delivery to lead the development of annual and quarterly marketing plans for digital ordering, loyalty, mobile app, and delivery initiatives. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns run across paid, owned, and earned channels.

The role requires 7+ years in integrated marketing, strong analytics, and the ability to translate insights into strategic plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• MBA or Master's degree preferred.
• 7+ years in integrated marketing, marketing planning, digital marketing or customer engagement marketing.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans for Digital and Delivery.
• Own the integrated marketing calendar including promotions, product launches, and campaigns.
• Collaborate with Digital Product, Loyalty/CRM, Operations, Delivery, Technology, and Marketing teams to build integrated programs.
• Transform business objectives into actionable briefs for creative, media, CRM, social, PR, digital, and analytics teams.
• Lead post-campaign reviews and recommend actionable improvements.
• Foster a test-and-learn culture with offers, messaging, and channel strategies.
