Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s overall marketing strategy and initiatives.
• Manage digital marketing efforts, including website, social media, email campaigns, and digital advertising.
• Create marketing materials, presentations, sales collateral, and promotional content.
• Support lead generation efforts and track campaign performance.
• Maintain and organize customer and prospect databases.
• Partner with sales to develop materials and campaigns supporting business development.
• Coordinate trade shows, events, promotions, and other industry initiatives.
• Manage outside vendors, agencies, and marketing partners as needed.
• Monitor marketing trends and identify opportunities to strengthen brand awareness.
• Track key marketing metrics and provide reporting on campaign performance.

Our client is a growing commercial HVAC representative company in Birmingham, AL, looking for a hands-on Marketing Specialist to take ownership of its marketing efforts and help build the company’s brand presence from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute the company’s overall marketing strategy and initiatives
• Manage digital marketing efforts, including website, social media, email campaigns, and digital advertising
• Create marketing materials, presentations, sales collateral, and promotional content
• Support lead generation efforts and track campaign performance

• Partner closely with the sales team to develop materials and campaigns that support business development
• Coordinate trade shows, events, promotions, and other industry marketing initiatives

• Track key marketing metrics and provide reporting on campaign performance

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
• 5+ years of marketing experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and content creation
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Self-starter who can work independently and take ownership of projects
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common marketing platforms/tools
