Our Birmingham-based HVAC client seeks a Senior Marketing Specialist to own the company’s marketing efforts and help build the brand presence from the ground up. You will wear multiple hats, collaborating with leadership and sales to drive tangible results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of marketing experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience with digital marketing channels and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s overall marketing strategy and initiatives.
• Manage digital marketing efforts, including website, social media, email campaigns, and digital advertising.
• Create marketing materials, presentations, sales collateral, and promotional content.
• Support lead generation efforts and track campaign performance.
• Maintain and organize customer and prospect databases.
• Partner with sales to develop materials and campaigns supporting business development.
• Coordinate trade shows, events, promotions, and other industry initiatives.
• Manage outside vendors, agencies, and marketing partners as needed.
• Monitor marketing trends and identify opportunities to strengthen brand awareness.
• Track key marketing metrics and provide reporting on campaign performance.
