Brightflag is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to own the execution of email and paid media campaigns. You will work hands-on to build, optimize, and report on campaigns in HubSpot, coordinating with Marketing, RevOps and Product teams to align with product launches and pipeline targets.
You will manage paid media across Google, LinkedIn, Reddit, and other channels, using AI to accelerate creative development and improve performance.
Brightflag is looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist to manage the execution of two of our growth levers: email and paid media. This is a hands‑on role — you’ll build campaigns yourself, rather than directing others to build them. You’ll partner with the broader Marketing, RevOps, and Product teams to align paid and owned programs with product launches, campaigns, and pipeline targets. You’ll report performance against shared goals like lead quality (think ICP-fit accounts) and pipeline contribution. This is a hybrid role: 2‑3 days a week in our NYC (Financial District) office (with incredible views!)
This role is for you if you think in pipeline, not only impressions.
