We’re seeking a high-performing Account Executive to drive growth by sourcing and closing new business deals. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Legal, to build strong client relationships and help customers recognize the full value of Brightflag’s solutions.
Work closely with marketing and sales development teams to identify new opportunities and ensure a strong pipeline to exceed quotas. Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders at target accounts via phone, email, and in-person meetings. Navigate complex sales environments to position Brightflag’s unique value proposition and close six-figure SaaS deals. Collaborate with Sales Engineers and other teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs and ensure smooth deal execution. Engage with enterprise prospects to identify business process gaps and demonstrate how Brightflag solves them. Participate in quarterly team summits, industry conferences, and client meetings.
This position is available in the New York City Metro area with a hybrid work model, requiring three days per week in the office, or as a fully remote role based in Austin. Compensation: $85,600.00 - $149,400.00 USD. This role is eligible for Commission. Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position. Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location.
