Copeland is seeking a Senior Manager, Program Management to lead planning, coordination and execution of strategic marketing initiatives. You will establish program management practices, mentor teams, and drive delivery across cross-functional groups in a fast-paced, global environment.

The role supports hybrid collaboration with in-office presence and can be based in St. Louis, MO or other listed locations, focusing on governance and performance acceleration across marketing programs.

Competenze

• 8+ years of experience in program management, project management, marketing operations, or similar leadership role.
• 3+ years in managing complex, cross-functional marketing projects within a corporate or enterprise environment.
• Proficiency in program/project management tools such as CORA, Monday.com or Asana.
• Strong understanding of LEAN principles and their application in marketing operations.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, analyze performance metrics, and deliver results.

• Lead end-to-end management of large-scale marketing programs aligned to marketing and business strategy.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and meet objectives.
• Identify risks, dependencies and resource requirements with mitigation plans.
