Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in program management, project management, marketing operations, or similar leadership role
• 3+ years in managing cross-functional marketing projects within a corporate or enterprise environment
• Experience managing team members and/or other project managers
• Proficiency in program/project management tools (e.g., CORA, Monday.com, Asana, or similar platforms)
• Strong understanding of LEAN principles and their application in marketing operations
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proven ability to manage budgets, analyze performance metrics, and deliver results
