Stater Bros. Markets in San Bernardino, CA seeks a Senior Marketing Project Manager to oversee end-to-end strategic marketing portfolios in a fast-paced grocery environment.

You’ll break down large initiatives into phases, track critical paths, and drive continuous operational improvement with independence. As the hub of cross-functional communication, you’ll align requirements with company objectives, resolve obstacles, and present plans to executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and professional PM experience.
• 5+ years of proven experience directing work in a large-scale project management capacity.
• Active PMP or CAPM certification required.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office and collaborative PM platforms (e.g., Monday.com).
• Knowledge of creative and digital marketing tools (Adobe CC, Canva, WordPress, GA, Mailchimp) is a strong plus.
• Demonstrated strength in financial tracking, budgeting, and project reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with ability to present to executives.

Responsabilités

• Direct and manage large, complex marketing initiatives from inception to closeout with budget oversight.
• Plan and track timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and milestones across multi-channel campaigns.
• Create comprehensive workflows, assign tasks to teams and vendors, maintain accountability for on-time delivery.
• Prepare business cases and communications for executive audiences.
