Stater Bros. Markets is seeking a Senior Marketing Project Manager to lead end-to-end strategic projects in a fast-paced grocery setting. Break down large initiatives, manage timelines, and drive continuous process improvements.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams and executives, validate requirements, and deliver results aligned with company goals. PMP/CAPM and 5+ years in retail PM are preferred; proficiency with Monday.com and marketing tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• PMP or CAPM certification required.
• 5+ years directing large-scale project management in a retail/ grocery setting preferred.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and multi-channel campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage large, complex marketing initiatives from inception to closeout with budget oversight.
• Plan timelines, milestones, and dependencies across multi-channel campaigns (Monday.com).
• Create workflows, assign tasks, and ensure on-time completion across teams and vendors.
• Develop project plans and communications for executive audiences.
• Lead stakeholder meetings, capture actions, and provide status recaps.
• Coordinate integration projects for digital, print, and in-store channels.
• Oversee vendor campaigns and ensure timely execution.
• Identify and solve obstacles with a strategic approach.
• Provide regular reports on status, profitability, and ROI.
• Drive change, process improvements, and automation initiatives.
