Job summary

Lifeway Christian Resources is seeking a Senior Marketing Platform Administrator to lead Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement administration, integration, and governance from a remote US location. You will collaborate with development, IT, and business teams to design scalable, data-driven marketing solutions that support church outreach.

Requirements include 5+ years with Marketing Cloud, 2+ years CRM experience, strong SQL, and proficiency in Server-Side JavaScript and Cloudpages.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience administering Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement
• 2+ years experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud or another CRM
• Proficiency in SQL for complex joins, data normalization, and segmentation queries
• Familiarity with Server-Side JavaScript and Cloudpages for REST/SOAP API integrations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with durable solutions
• Ability to collaborate across technical and business teams in an agile environment

Responsibilities

• Administer Lifeway's marketing platform, owning configuration, maintenance, and governance
• Build and enhance platform features like contact suppression automations and unsubscribe workflows
• Manage integrations between the marketing platform and systems like Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud, Form.io, and Snowflake
• Configure data ingestion pipelines powering audience building and segmentation at scale
• Lead requirements gathering and translate business needs into scalable platform solutions
• Coordinate with IT Operations on SSO and role management, and document platform changes
