Job summary

Celestica Inc. seeks a hands-on Senior Salesforce Developer / Admin to own design, development, and operation of our Salesforce Marketing Cloud-based platform.

You will analyze requirements, build solutions, and drive best practices across Marketing Cloud Next, Data Cloud, and CRM Analytics, while coordinating with external partners and internal teams. The role requires 8+ years of Salesforce experience, strong Marketing Cloud expertise, and leadership in DevOps and architecture.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Salesforce development and admin with Marketing Cloud experience.
• Marketing Cloud Next and Data Cloud native segmentation/activation is preferred.
• Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
• Marketing Cloud Administrator/Email Specialist/Consultant certs are required.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, security model, and development tools (Apex, LWC, SOQL).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Salesforce changes through configuration and code (Apex, LWC, flows).
• Lead technical standards and the enhancement roadmap for Marketing Cloud.
• Maintain and optimize the partner-delivered Marketing Cloud solution.
• Review implementations against best practices and remediate gaps.
• Manage data flows and integrations between Marketing Cloud Next, Data Cloud, and source systems.
