Vertiv Group Corporation seeks a data-savvy Sr. Manager, Marketing Operations to modernize the function and drive measurable business impact across the Americas. This leader will oversee marketing automation, lead management, data and reporting, budget governance, workflow optimization and technology adoption.

The role requires expertise in Eloqua, Oracle, and Power BI, plus strong business acumen and collaboration with regional/global teams to deliver scalable processes and actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, analytics or equivalent.
• 8+ years in marketing, sales or revenue operations with 4+ in marketing ops in B2B tech.
• Experience with Eloqua, Oracle Sales Cloud and CRM/reporting integrations.
• Proven success modernizing lead management across inbound marketing, BDR and sales.
• Strong knowledge of multi-touch attribution, lead routing, funnel governance and handoffs.
• 4+ years in admin-focused marketing automation and CRM systems (Eloqua/Oracle).
• Experience coordinating with multiple teams for projects in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Budget management: planning, forecasting, reconciliation and exec reporting.
• Administer and optimize Oracle Eloqua in a complex enterprise.
• Identify efficiencies and manage marketing tech stack for opportunities.
• Modernize lead management across inbound marketing, BDR and sales.
• Leverage AI/intelligent automation to improve workflows.
• Manage full marketing funnel including scoring, roadmap and performance.
• Balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution.
• Develop and manage dashboards and ROI-focused reports.
• Collaborate with regional and global marketing, sales, finance, IT.
• Lead a small team of marketing and admin professionals/contractors.
