Job summary

Vercel is hiring a Marketing Operations Manager to own and evolve the marketing ops machinery. You will automate workflows, ensure data reliability, and run lifecycle campaigns using Customer.io, Salesforce, Snowflake, and more.

You’ll be a hands-on operator who improves the stack, partners with RevOps, and prototypes solutions with AI-native tools. Remote US-based or hybrid SF/Austin options available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Marketing Operations experience in SaaS or high-growth startups.
• Hands-on operator who actively automates the martech stack.
• Deep familiarity with martech platforms (Customer.io, Marketo) and CRM systems (Salesforce).
• Comfortable with integration and data-routing tools (Tray.io, RudderStack, Segment).
• Experience with AI-native development tools (v0, Claude Code) and basic SQL.

Responsibilities

• Administer and integrate the core martech stack, keeping data flowing reliably.
• Build, QA, and launch campaigns and email programs with measurable results.
• Design and maintain lifecycle, nurture, and automation flows for leads and segmentation.
• Own data hygiene and governance across marketing systems, including deduplication and enrichment.
• Prototype internal tools using AI-native development tools to automate workflows.
