Job summary

Inovalon seeks a Principal of Marketing Automation to own design, execution, and optimization of omni-channel campaigns using Marketo. You will apply AI-driven automation to speed and personalize programs, govern the MarTech stack, and ensure scalable, compliant operations across the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years in digital marketing or marketing operations with hands-on ownership of marketing automation.
• Experience with Marketo (ideal) or a similar platform; able to administer and own a marketing automation instance.
• Demonstrated use of AI to improve marketing outcomes, including AI-assisted content and automation.
• Ability to drive campaign success by analyzing data and optimizing cross-channel programs.
• Strong governance, data hygiene, and privacy compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Architect cross-channel campaigns through Marketo and martech stack as senior SME.
• Maintain Marketo governance, folder architecture, and operational standards.
• Design lead lifecycle, scoring, and nurture strategies with cross‑functional partners.
• Introduce AI and automation to accelerate builds and personalize content.
• Mentor junior team members and document best practices for the team.
• Integrate Marketo with CRM systems and manage data synchronization.
