Aiven is seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Lead to own analytics and connect marketing investments to pipeline outcomes. You will partner with the VP of Marketing and lead the MarTech and analytics teams to drive measurable revenue growth.

Qualifikationen

• 8–10 years of B2B SaaS marketing operations experience.
• Strong analytics with ability to translate data into decisions.
• Hands-on Pardot and Salesforce integration experience.
• Knowledge of AI in MarOps and agentic automation.
• Experience designing funnels, lifecycle stages, and lead routing.
• Proven budget and vendor management skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication.
• Openness to scale-up environment with ambiguity.

Aufgaben

• Own marketing analytics and pipeline attribution end-to-end.
• Partner with VP of Marketing to set funnel and MarTech roadmap.
• Define and govern end-to-end funnel from capture to pipeline.
• Align Marketing and Sales with clear SLAs and handoff processes.
• Lead and develop MarTech, Marketing Operations, and Analytics teams.
• Manage MarTech stack (Pardot and Salesforce) roadmap and budgets.
• Drive AI adoption to automate workflows and speed insight.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and GDPR/compliance.
• Champion rollout and adoption of new tools and processes.
