Relias is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to lead and optimize our campaign operations, lead management, and automation programs from our Morrisville, NC HQ. You will partner with Marketing, Revenue Operations, Sales, and Customer Success to drive funnel efficiency and data quality through governance and AI-enabled tooling.

The role emphasizes scalable marketing execution, reporting, and continuous improvement in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in marketing operations or related field.
• Experience with enterprise marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, Pardot, Marketo, HubSpot).
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize lead processing, scoring, routing, and lifecycle workflows.
• Partner with Marketing and Revenue Operations to improve funnel efficiency.
• Diagnose and resolve data quality issues and escalations.
• Build and optimize marketing automation programs for demand generation and lead nurturing.
• Apply AI-enabled tools and governance to improve reporting and campaign production.
• Develop dashboards and reports measuring marketing performance and KPIs.
