Exiger is seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Operations & AI Enablement to lead day-to-day marketing operations across campaigns, email, automation, and lead management. You will own AI-enabled workflow improvements, data quality, and reporting to drive efficiency and scale.

You will collaborate with RevOps, Sales, IT, and Legal to ensure compliant use of marketing tech, while advancing lifecycle programs and measurement. This hybrid role is based in McLean/Richmond, VA.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing or revenue operations.
• Strong experience with MAP, CRM, ABM, marketing automation, analytics, and lead management.
• Hands-on experience with email marketing strategy and operations, including segmentation, testing, deliverability, and performance optimization.
• Experience implementing AI or automation within marketing workflows.
• Experience designing, building, and optimizing workflows from start to finish.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills, with the ability to independently identify root causes and resolve workflow, system, and automation issues.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of operational execution and improvement.
• Strong analytical and technical skills. Experience working with APIs is preferred, knowledge of HTML is required.
• Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to test, learn, and improve processes using new tools and technologies
• Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead day-to-day marketing operations across campaign execution, email marketing, automation, lead management, reporting.
• Own ongoing operation, optimization, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of marketing systems and programs.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and apply AI-enabled workflows.
• Manage marketing automation processes, including lead scoring/routing, nurture flows, and attribution support.
• Maintain dashboards and reporting on funnel performance, email effectiveness, and workflow improvements.
• Collaborate with RevOps, Sales, IT, and Legal on compliant use of marketing tech.
