Job summary

Twilio is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to lead and optimize marketing automation systems, event integrations, and scalable workflows at global scale. You will drive the evolution of our marketing and revenue operations infrastructure, tackle complex integrations, and leverage AI to automate core processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in Marketing Operations, Demand Generation, or Revenue Operations.
• 3+ years with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Salesforce).
• Experience integrating AI into scalable marketing workflows.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and cross-functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage live chat routing workflows and lead distribution to maximize conversions.
• Design scalable automated workflows across CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Oversee end-to-end system integrations including event/webinar platforms (CVENT, BigMarker).
• Integrate AI capabilities into marketing operations workflow designs.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Technology to align architectures with go-to-market strategies.
• Diagnose and resolve data synchronization issues across the Martech stack.
