Jobgether is seeking a Sr. Growth Marketing Strategist to lead integrated campaigns and demand generation in the United States. You will own strategy, planning, and execution across paid media, email, and content, partnering with Product Marketing to shape messaging and value propositions.

The role emphasizes full-funnel, persona-driven campaigns with collaboration across SEO, web, and sales teams, plus AI-enabled marketing exploration and data-driven optimization for pipeline growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in B2B SaaS demand generation or integrated campaigns.
• Proven track record delivering full-funnel campaigns including content, digital media, and outbound activities.
• Accountable for pipeline performance and campaign optimization.
• Hands-on with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms (Pardot/Marketo/HubSpot).
• Strong measurement, attribution, and reporting capabilities.
• Strategic, persona-driven campaign planning and audience segmentation.
• Excellent writing and messaging for campaign themes and nurture sequences.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, planning, and execution of integrated campaigns for marketing and leasing solutions.
• Design full-funnel campaigns tailored to buyer personas and customer journey stages.
• Coordinate activation across paid media, email, websites, events, and content syndication.
• Translate product positioning into clear value propositions and messaging.
• Develop messaging frameworks, nurture sequences, and creative briefs.
• Collaborate with SEO, web, paid media, creative, and operations teams for consistent execution.
• Monitor performance, analyze results, and communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Work with Sales and SDR teams to ensure campaign readiness and handoffs.
• Apply demand generation best practices and explore AI-driven marketing tools.
