Jobgether is seeking a Manager of Marketing Operations, Campaigns & Emails for a fully remote role based in the United States. You will oversee global marketing automation, email campaigns, analytics, and workflow optimization to enable scalable, data-driven marketing.

You will lead the global campaign calendar, coordinate cross-functional deliverables, and drive AI-enabled improvements for efficiency and performance across regions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or related field.
• At least 5 years in Marketing Operations, marketing automation, or related area.
• Experience administering Salesforce Marketing Cloud globally, incl. integrations and workflows.
• Experience leading customer journey mapping and email nurture programs.

Responsabilidades

• Manage database health, lead operations, and data quality.
• Develop reports and dashboards to track funnel KPIs and marketing performance.
• Oversee the global marketing automation platform and technology stack.
• Design and optimize workflows, segmentation, and campaign processes.
• Build and manage global email nurture programs and the campaign calendar.
• Provide visibility into timelines, risks, and performance to cross-functional teams.
