Job summary

eGain Corporation is seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Specialist to build and run the systems behind our go-to-market. You will own HubSpot campaigns, data flows, and reporting, delivering measurable results from brief to launch.

This role emphasizes hands-on execution, with responsibility for automation, QA, and cross‑functional collaboration with demand generation and sales. You will be a builder who combines technical setup with analytics to improve GTM performance.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years in marketing operations or revenue operations in a B2B environment.
• Hands-on experience building marketing automation workflows in HubSpot (or a comparable platform such as Marketo).
• Demonstrated experience setting up and launching campaigns end to end and owning their technical execution across paid and organic channels.
• Hands-on experience with a CRM, ideally Microsoft Dynamics.
• Hands-on experience operating email sending infrastructure in Amazon SES (AWS).
• Proficient at leveraging AI tools for marketing operations use cases.
• Ability to build and maintain reporting in Power BI and Looker Studio, with strong data hygiene and QA discipline.

Responsibilities

• Build and launch campaigns end to end in HubSpot; segmentation, workflows, forms, landing pages, lists, and tracking, then push them live across paid and organic media channels.
• Own the technical execution from brief to launch, including QA of every build before it goes live and fast resolution of issues after.
• Measure campaigns with UTM, attribution, and conversion tracking so every campaign is measurable from click to pipeline.
• Design, build, and maintain automated workflows: lead lifecycle, routing, scoring, nurture programs, and the handoff between marketing and sales.
• Operate and optimize the GTM stack, including HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, and supporting tools.
