Job summary

Highway is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to own the systems behind our marketing engine. You’ll work primarily in HubSpot, building workflows, managing lists, maintaining data integrity, and launching email campaigns with precision.

You will partner with Sales and Revenue Operations to ensure clean data flows between platforms, QA every send, and maintain scalable processes as we scale. A strong data focus and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in marketing operations, email marketing, or CRM administration.
• Hands-on experience in HubSpot with workflows, lists, properties, and email tools; certification is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with a QA-first mindset for data and campaigns.
• Comfort working with data: imports, exports, deduplication, and spreadsheet cleanup.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• HubSpot Administration & Data Hygiene: administer HubSpot properties, lists, forms, users, and permissions; deduplicate records; maintain data hygiene; build audience lists and segments; monitor HubSpot–Salesforce sync with Revenue Operations.
