Job summary

M/I Homes seeks a Marketing Leader to drive divisional marketing strategy, coordinate market research, and partner with sales leadership to meet growth targets. The role includes developing plans for communities, guiding promotions, and mentoring sales teams in marketing tools and campaigns.

Extensive travel to communities is expected, with a focus on strong brand presentation, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with the Corporate Marketing Department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 5 years of relevant experience. Travel is required.
• Experience in homebuilding is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication, leadership, and strategic planning abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing strategies aligned with corporate objectives for multiple divisions.
• Coordinate market research to support result-based media and direct marketing.
• Partner with VP of Sales & Marketing to achieve sales objectives.
• Develop and manage marketing plans for communities, including events and promotions.
• Oversee store setup and marketing materials across communities.
• Mentor onboarding and ongoing marketing training for sales teams.
• Regularly assess community marketing visuals and competitive positioning.
• Prepare marketing activity reports for executive review.
