M/I Homes, a national homebuilder, seeks a Region Marketing Director to drive regional strategy and performance across multiple divisions. The role focuses on increasing walk-in traffic, inbound calls, and lead growth while coordinating budgets and marketing standards.

You will coach field teams, analyze data, and share best practices to optimize results. Travel across assigned divisions is required as part of leadership and community visits, with collaboration across cross-functional teams to

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field or equivalent.
• Five or more years managing multi-market or multi-division marketing programs.
• Two or more years leading marketing teams or cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience with budget development, spend allocation, lead gen, traffic analysis, and sales support.

Responsabilidades

• Own regional marketing strategy and performance for assigned divisions.
• Drive walk-in traffic, inbound calls and new lead growth.
• Align budgets and spend with division goals.
• Set community-level marketing standards and monitor execution.
