Job summary

M/I Homes, Inc. is seeking a Region Marketing Director to lead regional marketing strategy and performance across multiple markets. You will drive walk-in traffic, inbound calls, and new lead growth by setting community-level standards and aligning budgets with division goals.

You will coach division and field teams, analyze performance data, adjust spend, and share best practices to improve outcomes. This role requires travel and strong leadership across divisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five (5) or more years of progressive marketing experience with responsibility for multi-market, regional, or multi-division marketing programs.
• Two (2) or more years of experience leading, coaching, or directing marketing team members or cross-functional marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Maintains accountability for walk-in traffic, inbound phone calls, and new lead growth across the region.
• Establishes standards for community-level marketing plans and monitors execution.
• Develops divisions' annual marketing budgets and coordinates approvals.
• Reviews and approves marketing spend allocations, including digital advertising.
• Diagnoses traffic trends and directs corrective actions.
• Serves as regional authority on marketing recommendations supported by data.
• Transfers best practices between divisions and across programs.
• Reports performance against goals on a regular cadence.
• Develops, coaches, and trains division and field marketing teams.
