Chief Executive Group seeks an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to help turbo-charge the marketing of our high-impact professional networks serving CEOs, public company directors, and other senior executives. This remote position prefers candidates in eastern or central time zones but is flexible for the right candidate.

Responsibilities Include:

1. Develop and refine CEN’s marketing strategy to align with business goals, enhance brand positioning, and increase market penetration.
2. Conduct competitive analyses and stay updated on industry trends to identify opportunities or challenges, leveraging insights for marketing initiatives and campaigns.
3. Measure, analyze, and report on campaign effectiveness, optimizing strategies based on KPIs such as customer acquisition cost, ROI, and lifetime value.
4. Create and implement ongoing membership marketing activities, including mail, email, social media outreach, website content, and promotional materials.
5. Brainstorm new growth strategies and initiatives to promote a cohesive brand story and increase brand loyalty.

Ideal Candidates Will Possess The Following Characteristics:

• 6-8+ years of B2B marketing experience.
• Strategic thinker with entrepreneurial spirit and strong analytical skills, adept at turning insights into action.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints.
• Proven project management, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn; database management experience is a plus.
