The Opportunity

The Senior Marketing Operations Manager at Neat will be responsible for the measurement and optimization of all marketing programs to ensure they are executed effectively and aligned to Neat’s business goals to maximize ROI and drive growth. The ideal candidate is very strong in data analysis and data-driven decision making and has robust experience of marketing operations in the context of ecommerce, direct, and partner-led go-to-market models.

Key responsibilities:

  • Strategic planning: With marketing leader, develop marketing annual plan, budget allocation, and performance metrics
  • Performance tracking: Develop and monitor set of key metrics to forecast and evaluate marketing performance including end-to-end pipeline math and campaign ROI; create and maintain KPI dashboards and weekly cadence of executive-level reporting
  • Collaboration: Oversee and collaborate with direct report (marketing ops manager) and work closely with cross-functional team, particularly sales and business operations for go-to-market motions and field and demand gen marketers to evaluate program effectiveness
  • Compliance and governance: Ensure adherence to data privacy regulations and marketing best practices; continuously audit process and operations from field/demand marketers to systems
  • Tech stack: Oversee marketing tech stack, including CRM and MAP

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing operations, particularly data analysis and reporting, lead routing, funnel progression, and campaign optimization
  • Experience with B2B ecommerce/transactional, direct, and partner-led selling motions
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with a diverse set of stakeholders
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills -- ability to interpret complex data and present it to executives to facilitate data-driven decisions
  • Highly motivated achiever who can operate both strategically and tactically (eg you are a “doer”, not just someone who sets the strategy) and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Ability to act as marketing stakeholder in the room while also “taking off the marketing hat” to internalize broader business objectives and context that informs decision making
