Job description

OVERVIEW
A leading enterprise software company is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead and execute internal and external campaigns that drive awareness and demand for its Customer Acceleration programs. This role involves cross-functional collaboration and requires an individual who can manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment, spanning across web, email, social, events, podcasts, video, and more.
Employment Type: Contract
Start Date: June 2025
End Date: 12/26/2025
Location: Open to candidates based in the U.S. or Canada (Preference for Central, Eastern, or Mountain Time Zones)
  • Must be eligible to work W2 (USA) or T4 (Canada) without sponsorship
Interview Process: Two rounds (1:1 and panel)
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote Customer Acceleration initiatives in partnership with internal stakeholders.

  • Lead demand generation and brand awareness programs including email marketing, webinars, online events, video content, and social media.

  • Support product launches and new offering rollouts, including beta and general availability phases.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive adoption of customer-focused programs.

  • Project manage end-to-end campaign execution and performance tracking.

  • Analyze campaign data to determine effectiveness and optimize tactics accordingly.

  • Work cross-functionally with internal marketing teams and external vendors to execute campaigns and distribute assets.

  • Develop audience-specific content, including messaging for technical personas (e.g., Developers, Administrators, Security Engineers) and business personas (e.g., IT, Security, Digital, CX, Marketing).

  • Partner with web teams to enhance landing pages and online presence for customer acceleration content and certifications.

  • Support virtual and in-person events, including promotional planning, logistics, and speaker coordination.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Strong grasp of internal and external marketing dynamics.

  • Proven experience in planning and delivering integrated, multi-channel enterprise campaigns.

  • Knowledge of demand generation, customer lifecycle marketing, nurture strategy, and customer advocacy.

  • Up-to-date on digital marketing trends and best practices.

  • Previous experience in the software or tech sector is highly desirable.

  • High attention to detail with a track record of end-to-end project delivery.

  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence across departments and senior stakeholders.

  • Comfortable working with marketing platforms such as Marketo, analytics tools, Google Drive, and project management software (Asana experience is a plus).

  • Skilled in interpreting campaign performance data to optimize results.

Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, campaign management, or related roles.
