A leading enterprise software company is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to drive awareness and demand for its Customer Acceleration programs. This role involves managing multiple campaigns across various channels and requires strong collaboration skills. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in marketing and a deep understanding of demand generation strategies.
Develop and implement strategies to promote Customer Acceleration initiatives in partnership with internal stakeholders.
Lead demand generation and brand awareness programs including email marketing, webinars, online events, video content, and social media.
Support product launches and new offering rollouts, including beta and general availability phases.
Collaborate with internal teams to drive adoption of customer-focused programs.
Project manage end-to-end campaign execution and performance tracking.
Analyze campaign data to determine effectiveness and optimize tactics accordingly.
Work cross-functionally with internal marketing teams and external vendors to execute campaigns and distribute assets.
Develop audience-specific content, including messaging for technical personas (e.g., Developers, Administrators, Security Engineers) and business personas (e.g., IT, Security, Digital, CX, Marketing).
Partner with web teams to enhance landing pages and online presence for customer acceleration content and certifications.
Support virtual and in-person events, including promotional planning, logistics, and speaker coordination.
Strong grasp of internal and external marketing dynamics.
Proven experience in planning and delivering integrated, multi-channel enterprise campaigns.
Knowledge of demand generation, customer lifecycle marketing, nurture strategy, and customer advocacy.
Up-to-date on digital marketing trends and best practices.
Previous experience in the software or tech sector is highly desirable.
High attention to detail with a track record of end-to-end project delivery.
Confident communicator with the ability to influence across departments and senior stakeholders.
Comfortable working with marketing platforms such as Marketo, analytics tools, Google Drive, and project management software (Asana experience is a plus).
Skilled in interpreting campaign performance data to optimize results.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
10+ years of experience in marketing, campaign management, or related roles.
