We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on, roll up your sleeves Sr. Marketing Manager to own customer acquisition and demand generation across a multi-location franchise model. This role is ideal for a results-driven B2B SaaS marketer who thrives in high-growth environments, understands how to drive demand efficiently, and embraces AI and automation to maximize output.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and execute multi-touch, multi-channel campaigns to drive high-quality leads, demos, and conversions — all with a limited budget tailored to multi-location/franchise dynamics
  • Leverage AI tools, marketing automation, and data-driven decision-making to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and achieve 10x output before scaling with headcount
    Design and run targeted ABM (Account-Based Marketing) campaigns to engage ideal customer profiles at key stages of the funnel
  • Own the entire lead generation funnel — from top-of-funnel acquisition through to conversion and sales handoff
  • Continuously test, learn, and iterate, optimizing for efficiency and scalability as new insights emerge
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing, ideally with exposure to multi-location or franchise businesses
  • A proven track record of driving measurable business growth through AI-enabled, data-driven strategies — not just building teams
    Experience launching and scaling multi-channel campaigns (e.g., paid search, paid social, email, content, ABM)
  • Deep knowledge of marketing automation and CRM tools — HubSpot experience is a strong plus
  • 10x output mindset - you move fast and prioritize results
