Job summary

Connex Credit Union in North Haven, CT seeks a seasoned Marketing Director to lead strategy, brand, and campaigns. You will drive plan development, oversee digital, print, events, PR, and media, and partner with executive and product teams to align initiatives with corporate goals.

You’ll manage budgets, mentor staff, ensure regulatory compliance in advertising, and build relationships with community partners to grow membership and deposits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or communications is required.
• 7–10 years of senior marketing/communications leadership experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams and coach staff.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Knowledge of regulatory advertising compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a cohesive marketing strategy to increase brand awareness.
• Lead the marketing department with campaigns, events, digital marketing, PR, social media, and other media.
• Prepare regular reports for the CEO and leadership team.
• Manage marketing budgets and optimize cost-to-impact ratios.
• Drive product and service launches, market research, and competitive analysis.
