Travis Credit Union is seeking a Marketing leader to oversee campaigns for products and brands aligned with strategic goals. You will drive lead generation, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and guide creative across channels to meet sales targets.

The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, performance metrics, and cross-functional collaboration to advance the credit union’s brand and customer growth.

Competenze

• BA/BS in Marketing, Advertising or related field; or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in managing brand and lead generation marketing teams.
• Minimum of 5 years in Financial, Banking or Credit Union industry.

Mansioni

• Oversees marketing operations, programs and branding for the Marketing department.
• Manages traditional, online, digital, and social media campaigns with best-in-class methodology.
• Implements strategic lead generation campaigns with measurable results and forecasting.
• Owns final campaign copy and creative.
• Develops marketing campaigns with leadership and internal stakeholders to hit sales goals.
• Builds Marketing Center of Excellence and collaborates with Marketing Analytics for results reporting.
