You will own KPI planning, manage budgets, and ensure AI-driven productivity across content, demand generation, events, and ABM partnerships.

This hands-on role requires 7+ years in B2B marketing, leadership experience, and a track record of driving pipeline while collaborating with sales and technology partners.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in B2B marketing with leadership experience
• Proven track record running multi-channel campaigns (email, digital ads, ABM, events)
• Daily AI experience; ability to coach others on AI use
• Comfort with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, HubSpot)
• Strong project management skills; able to juggle 5-10 concurrent projects
• Lean startup mentality; comfortable with rapid change and iteration

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a 9-person marketing team focused on content, design, product marketing, analytics, and partnerships
• Oversee campaigns across email, digital ads, ABM, webinars, and events; partner with sales to deliver 400+ qualified leads monthly
• Ensure brand consistency and on-time delivery; manage vendor partnerships for co-marketing with technology partners
• Institutionalize AI-driven workflows; drive 100% team adoption of AI tools and report on productivity gains
