Job summary

Broadcast Management Group is seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead a 9-person team and drive campaigns that support aggressive growth targets in 2027.

You will report to the EVP Growth and Marketing, manage day-to-day operations, oversee productivity, and champion AI-driven workflows to scale output without adding headcount. A hands-on leader with a track record in B2B marketing is essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in B2B marketing with team management experience.
• Proven track record running multi-channel campaigns.
• Daily AI experience and ability to coach others on AI use.

Responsibilities

• Build, hire, and develop a 9-person marketing team with KPI-aligned goals.
• Oversee multi-channel campaigns across email, digital ads, ABM, webinars, and events.
• Partner with sales to deliver 400+ qualified leads monthly and ensure on-time delivery.
• Implement AI workflows and ensure daily AI usage to boost productivity.
