Job summary

Reynolds American Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager Digital Commerce Integration in Winston-Salem, NC to lead the development, implementation, and integration of data-driven digital marketing strategies.

You will oversee marketing integration across CRM, SEO, content strategies, and digital shelf management, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, commercially competitive outcomes. You will drive quick-commerce initiatives, optimize consumer journeys, and establish

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
5+ years of experience across brand marketing, digital marketing, eCommerce, digital commerce, or consumer experience.
Experience translating brand strategy into integrated campaigns and consumer experiences.
Experience across digital commerce environments, including retailer platforms, marketplaces, digital shelf, or direct-to-consumer channels.

Responsibilities

Optimize consumer journeys across web, CRM, search, retailer platforms, marketplaces, and quick-commerce environments.
Partner with UX, creative, media, and technology teams to improve discoverability, engagement, conversion, and retention.
Ensure brand strategy aligns with the consumer’s digital purchase experience.
Lead governance, workflows, and onboarding processes for marketing collaborations.
Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks for brand, campaign, CRM, digital shelf, and commerce performance.
