Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8–10+ years in e‑commerce, digital growth or commercial leadership.
• Proven P&L ownership with revenue, margin and marketing investment responsibility.
• Experience scaling DTC and marketplaces in high‑growth environments.
• Strong expertise in performance marketing, CRM and subscriptions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end e‑commerce strategy across DTC platforms and marketplaces.
• Scale assortment, pricing, promotions, and content with regulatory compliance.
• Define performance marketing strategy and measurement frameworks.
• Lead CRM, lifecycle, loyalty strategies to drive repeat purchases.
• Own full e-commerce P&L, forecasts, and growth investment plans.
