RAVE Aerospace LLC is seeking an experienced Marketing and Events Specialist II to independently lead and execute marketing initiatives aligned with strategic business objectives. You will own RAVE's presence at industry tradeshows such as AIX and APEX EXPO, drive communications and brand alignment, and contribute to campaign planning, content development, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Events Management, or equivalent field.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing or communications, including 3+ years leading B2B tradeshows or corporate events.
• Experience managing large-format exhibition stands at international tradeshows; aviation/aerospace/IFEC familiarity preferred.
• Vendor and agency management experience including stand builders and logistics providers.
• Ability to independently manage complex projects and competing priorities.
• Strong budgeting, planning, and project management skills.
• Experience developing technical marketing content is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office, JIRA, Confluence, CRM, and event management tools.

Responsabilités

• Lead planning and execution of RAVE's presence at major industry tradeshows and regional aviation events.
• Own the annual events calendar and advise on shows to attend, exhibit at, or sponsor.
• Manage end-to-end events budget including design, vendors, logistics, and post-show reconciliation.
• Serve as primary point of contact for event logistics with organizers, agencies, freight forwarders, and travel.
• Coordinate demonstration hardware/software with Engineering and Product teams.
