Qualifications

• 3+ years in field marketing or related B2B marketing roles (SaaS/enterprise tech).
• Experience owning events end to end: planning, budgeting, execution, measurement.

Responsibilities

• Own Ravenna's events program from strategy to on-site execution.
• Plan and manage major industry conferences and executive dinners.
• Lead signature events and curated experiences in key markets.
• Partner with Sales to develop targeted field programs.
• Create standout booth experiences and branded activations.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and budgets.
• Support partner and customer webinars.
• Track event performance and ROI; build repeatable processes.
