Travel ~60% as you lead show planning, budgeting, vendor coordination, and on-site management, ensuring ROI-driven outcomes and seamless show execution across domestic and international venues.

Qualifications

• Experience planning and budgeting trade shows and events.
• Ability to manage logistics from concept to post-event analysis.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support annual trade show and event planning and budgeting.
• Manage on-site show operations and logistics during events.
• Coordinate vendor deadlines and show-related activities.
• Develop and maintain the show plan with stakeholders pre- and post-show.
• Lead post-event ROI analysis and continuous improvement efforts.
