MaintainX is seeking an Event Marketing Manager to own end-to-end execution of trade shows, conferences, and webinars that generate real pipeline. You will manage budgets, vendor relationships, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales and Product to align events with revenue goals.

The role requires 3+ years in event management for a B2B SaaS environment, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel ~30% across the US and Canada.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of trade shows or field events, preferably B2B SaaS.
• Ability to quantify pipeline attribution from events.
• Experience owning event budgets and vendor relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication for stakeholders.
• Organized to manage multiple events in parallel.
• Data-driven and able to report results.
• Valid passport and ~30% travel across US/Canada.

Aufgaben

• Own event execution end-to-end, from vendor calls to post-show reports for trade shows, launches, and webinars.
• Run full-cycle logistics for trade shows and conferences, from venue/vendor selection through on-site execution and teardown.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product to align events around pipeline and revenue goals.
• Manage event budgets and vendor relationships to maintain quality without high costs.
• Track performance against pipeline and engagement targets in Salesforce, Asana, and reporting tools; translate data into recommendations.
• Create and distribute on-brand event marketing materials for all touchpoints.
• Within 6–12 months, demonstrate a track record of events delivering measurable value to reps, marketers, and leadership.
