Marvin is seeking an experienced Event Marketing Specialist to lead local event marketing efforts and own the full lifecycle—from identifying opportunities to executing events and measuring results. You will grow brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer acquisition through high-impact local events.

You’ll partner across teams, manage budgets and vendors, and travel to support evening and weekend events.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 5+ years of event, field, experiential, or partner marketing experience.
• Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience managing budgets, vendors, and partnerships.
• Ability to travel and support evening/weekend events.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute local event marketing strategies.
• Identify and evaluate events, trade shows, sponsorships, and partnerships.
• Own event planning, budgets, logistics, vendors, and execution.
• Build relationships with stakeholders, event organizers, vendors, and community partners.
• Coordinate event staffing and resources with internal teams.
• Track lead generation, conversion, revenue contribution, and ROI.
• Use performance data to improve programs and ROI.
• Ensure a consistent brand and customer experience across events.
