RethinkFirst is seeking a skilled Marketing Designer to join our in-house creative team. You will execute on-brand work across marketing, digital, and events, applying established brand systems to new formats with minimal supervision.

Collaborate with the Creative Director and stakeholders to ensure high-quality, on-strategy deliverables while maintaining accessibility and visual consistency across channels.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years of professional graphic or marketing design experience.
• Strong typography, layout, color, and brand application.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.
• Experience producing production-ready files across web and print.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Clear communication and receptiveness to feedback.

Responsabilidades

• Apply and extend brand and campaign identity across marketing materials.
• Adapt creative direction to new formats and channels.
• Ensure visual consistency and flag opportunities for improvement.
• Execute against briefs from Creative Director.
• Design marketing materials including digital ads, emails, landings, and presentations.
• Build and maintain brand templates across recurring uses.
• Design landing pages and web experiences with solid UX fundamentals.
• Create responsive layouts for web and email.
• Maintain typography, hierarchy, accessibility, and visual consistency.
• Design digital ads and variations for A/B testing and multi-channel campaigns.
• Prepare files for digital, print, presentation, and event applications.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Collaborate with Creative Director and cross-functional teams.
• Participate in reviews and apply feedback quickly.
• Communicate timelines, priorities, and blockers.
• Support accessible and inclusive design practices.
