Job summary

RethinkFirst is seeking a skilled Marketing Designer to join our in-house creative team. You will apply established brand guidelines across social, digital ads, emails, landing pages, and events, delivering polished, on-brand work with minimal direction.

You will collaborate with the Creative Director and stakeholders to extend an identity, adapt visuals to new formats, and ensure accessibility and consistency across channels.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of professional graphic or marketing design experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating typography, layout and brand application.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.
• Experience with B2B software, healthcare, or education is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to receive/apply feedback.
• Experience working in distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Brand & Campaign Execution: apply and extend brand identity across materials.
• Marketing & Brand Design: design marketing materials and templates.
• Web & Digital Design: craft landing pages and digital experiences with good UX.
• Digital Advertising: create ad creative and adapt for platforms.
• Take projects from brief to final production with independence and timelines.
