Job summary

RethinkFirst is seeking a skilled Marketing Designer to join our in-house creative team and bring our brand to life across marketing, advertising, digital, sales, and events. This is a hands-on role for someone who can take direction and run with it—producing polished, on-brand work across multiple channels with minimal guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 4-6 years of professional graphic or marketing design experience, ideally in-house, agency, or B2B/SaaS/healthcare environments.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong fundamentals in typography, layout, hierarchy, color, and brand application across digital and print.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma or a comparable collaborative design platform.
• Experience preparing production-ready files and adapting approved concepts across multiple formats and dimensions.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage several assignments with competing deadlines.
• Clear communication skills and comfort receiving and applying creative feedback.

Responsibilities

• Apply and extend established brand and campaign identity across a wide range of marketing materials.
• Adapt existing creative direction to new formats, channels, and sizes while maintaining visual consistency.
• Flag inconsistencies or opportunities to tighten up the visual system and execute against briefs.
• Design marketing materials including digital advertising, social content, email, and collateral.
• Build and maintain brand and campaign templates for recurring use across the team.
• Design landing pages and web experiences with solid digital UX fundamentals.
