RethinkFirst is seeking a skilled Marketing Designer to join our in‑house creative team and elevate brand and campaign work across marketing, digital, and events. You will execute against briefs, adapt our identity to new formats, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high‑quality, on‑strategy designs.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years of design experience, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma. Remote work options are available for qualified states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in graphic design or related field.
• 4–6 years of professional graphic or marketing design experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating typography, layout, hierarchy, color, and brand application.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.
• Experience producing production‑ready files across web, digital, and print.
• Clear communication and ability to apply feedback.

Responsibilities

• Apply and extend established brand and campaign identity across marketing materials.
• Design marketing materials including digital advertising, social content, emails, and presentations.
• Build and maintain brand and campaign templates for recurring use.
• Design landing pages and web experiences with solid UX fundamentals.
• Design digital ads and optimize for A/B testing across channels.
• Take projects from brief to final production with independence and drive.
• Collaborate with Creative Director and cross‑functional teams on strategy and reviews.
• Ensure accessible and inclusive design across digital and print.
