Job summary

RethinkFirst is seeking a skilled Marketing Designer to join our in-house creative team and bring our brand to life across marketing, digital, and events. This hands-on role executes established campaigns with strong visual systems and brand guidelines.

You\'ll partner with the Creative Director and stakeholders to deliver polished, on-brand work for social, email, landing pages, ads, and presentations, with a focus on accessibility and design systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field, or equivalent.
• 4–6 years in graphic or marketing design (in-house, agency, or B2B/SaaS).
• Portfolio showing typography, layout, color, and brand application.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.
• Experience producing production-ready files across formats.
• Ability to handle feedback and communicate clearly.
• Experience with B2B software or healthcare contexts.
• Knowledge of accessible design and motion basics.
• Experience with distributed teams and shared templates.

Responsibilities

• Apply and extend established brand identity across marketing materials.
• Adapt creative direction to new formats, channels, and sizes while maintaining consistency.
• Flag inconsistencies in the visual system and improve where possible.
• Execute against briefs from the Creative Director.
• Design marketing materials: digital ads, social, emails, decks, case studies, events.
• Build and maintain brand and campaign templates for recurring use.
• Design landing pages and web experiences with solid UX.
• Create responsive layouts for web and email.
• Maintain typography, hierarchy, accessibility, and visual consistency.
• Design digital ad creative and resize assets for A/B testing.
• Prepare production-ready files for multiple outputs.
