Job summary

RethinkFirst is seeking a skilled Marketing Designer to join our in-house creative team. You will execute on-brand work across marketing, digital, and events, adapting established identity to multiple formats with minimal hand-holding.

You will work with the Creative Director and stakeholders to ensure high-quality, on-strategy design across campaigns, while managing multiple projects and deadlines in a remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years of professional graphic or marketing design experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating typography, layout, hierarchy, color, and branding.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.
• Experience producing production-ready files across web, digital ads, email, and print.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage several assignments with deadlines.
• Clear communication and ability to apply feedback.

Responsibilities

• Apply and extend established brand identity across marketing materials and channels.
• Adapt creative direction to new formats while maintaining consistency.
• Produce marketing materials including digital ads, social, email, and presentations.
• Design landing pages and web experiences with solid UX fundamentals.
• Create and maintain templates for recurring campaigns.
• Collaborate with Creative Director and cross-functional teams.
• Take projects from brief to final production with independence.
