Job summary

RethinkFirst is seeking a Marketing Designer to join our in‑house creative team. You’ll translate brand guidelines into polished assets for digital, print, and events, adapting campaigns across channels with minimal supervision.

You’ll collaborate with the Creative Director and stakeholders to deliver on strategy, maintain visual consistency, and support accessible design across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in graphic design or related field.
• 4–6 years of professional graphic or marketing design experience in‑house, agency, or B2B/SaaS/healthcare environments.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating typography, layout, hierarchy, color, and brand application across digital and print.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma or comparable toolset.
• Experience delivering production‑ready files across web, digital ads, social, email, and print.
• Clear communication and ability to receive/apply feedback.
• Experience supporting B2B software, healthcare, education, or mission‑driven orgs.
• Experience with presentation design, motion graphics, and accessibility.
• Experience working in a distributed creative team with shared templates/assets.

Responsibilities

• Apply and extend established brand and campaign identity across marketing materials.
• Adapt creative direction to new formats, channels, and sizes while maintaining consistency.
• Flag inconsistencies or opportunities to tighten the visual system.
• Execute against briefs and campaign structures from Creative Director.
• Design marketing materials including digital ads, social content, email, sales collateral, and event materials.
• Build and maintain brand/campaign templates for recurring use.
• Design landing pages and web experiences with solid UX fundamentals.
• Build responsive layouts for web and email; ensure typography and accessibility.
• Design digital ad creative across formats; produce variations for A/B testing.
• Take projects from brief to final production with independence.
• Prepare files for digital, print, presentation, and event use.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines; collaborate with teams.
