LHB, Inc. is seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator to join the Marketing team in Minneapolis or Duluth. You will help shape how marketing connects with business development and client growth, partnering with studio leads, technical staff, and project teams to support pursuits and marketing initiatives.

You will contribute to pursuing opportunities, develop expertise across markets, and help build growth practices with a collaborative team that values curiosity and continuous learning.

Competenze

• 5 years of marketing experience within the AEC industry or a professional services environment.
• Experience supporting proposals, qualifications, presentations, and marketing initiatives; ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Experience working with technical professionals, project managers, and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, DAM platforms, MS Office, and Adobe InDesign.
• Experience maintaining CRM data, marketing databases, and content libraries.

Mansioni

• Coordinate and prepare proposals, qualifications, interview materials, and related pursuit deliverables.
• Support pursuit kickoff meetings, schedules, and proposal development activities.
• Coordinate content collection, resume updates, project descriptions, and compliance requirements.
• Conduct project, client, and competitor research to support pursuit efforts.
• Assist with interview preparation and presentation development.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality, compliance, and brand standards.
• Develop working knowledge of assigned studios, services, clients, and industry trends.
• Monitor market activity and share relevant insights with marketing and studio leadership.
• Build productive working relationships with technical staff and project teams.
